This is not the kind of blog that posts news. Except if it’s bookish news and it can help you. You might not be interested, but I wanted to bring it to you in case you are.
The Londen Review of Books has acquired limited edition copies of “The Valley of Lagoons” by David Malouf. The most celibrated work of this author is “Remembering Babylon”. There are only 75 copies made of this special edition of “The Valley of Lagoons”. The books are printed on Zerkall mould-made paper and come in a slipcase. Only 15 copies of book have been bound in Marocco leather, the other 60 copies are bound in cloth. They are all numbered and signed. The book is designed and printed by Sebastian Carter for Rampant Lions Press in Cambridge. The binding was done by The Fine Bindery in Wellingbourough.
The cloth edition costs 140 pound, the luxurious leather edition is 250 pound. If you would like to obtain one of them you should call 0207 269 9030 from England or 00 44 207 269 9030 from other countries. The fax number is 020 7269 9033 and the e-mailaddress is books@lrbshop.co.uk
